Refund & Return Policy – Hive & Roast

At Hive & Roast, we take pride in offering premium, natural food products. Due to the nature of our items, all sales are generally final.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@hiveandroast.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:

* Food products (honey, coffee, dried fruits, nuts)
* Opened or used items
* Sale items or gift cards

Order Issues

If your package is lost in transit or marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 5 days so we can assist with a claim.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders are processed quickly and cannot be canceled.

Refunds (if approved)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
